ISA-010 - Sun (TM) Vision and Technologies
This course introduces Sun's core technologies, market vision and current sales force initiatives such as DART and SunOne. Some product updates are discussed in this class.
Prerequisite: Volume Products WBT

ISA-020 - Architecture and Design
This course focuses on how to make an architectural led sale. It uses case studies and examples to illustrate the concept of the architecture led sale, with additional resources such as Sun Blueprints. Prerequisite: Volume Products WBT

ISA-030 - Basics of Sizing and Configuration
This course teaches the fundamentals of sizing and configuring Sun. It contains sizing and configuration basics that apply to all Sun hardware, with an emphasis on Desktops and low end servers.

ISA-050 - Data center Sizing and Configuration
This course picks up where the basics classes left off and focuses primarily on configurations of Enterprise Servers and Sun Fire Mid Frame Servers. This course focuses on configuration of the SunFire 15K and to a lesser extent the E10000 configurations.

ISA-060 - Selling Sun in the Data center
This courses is a sales seminar that focuses on how to sell Sun Mid Frame servers and the E10K and E15k in the Data center environment. Local competitive strategy is discussed as well as sales process for Sun's high end servers.
